These terms and conditions apply to the "End of Year/Boxing Day Sale" promotional offer ("Offer") from Tootonic Limited, trading as Character.com, available online at our website. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Promoter The promoter is Tootonic Limited, with a registered office at Unit 5, Celtic Trade Park, Bruce Road, Swansea, SA5 4EP, United Kingdom.
2. Promotional Period The Offer is split into two access periods:
2.1. VIP Early Access: Available from 00:01 (GMT) on Wednesday, 24th December 2025 until 23:59 (GMT) on Thursday, 25th December 2025.
2.2. General Public Access: Available from 00:01 (GMT) on Friday, 26th December 2025 until 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday, 11th January 2026.
3. The Offer
3.1. This Offer applies strictly to selected items located within the Sale Section of the website and VIP early access collection.
3.2. The discount structure for selected items in the Sale Section is as follows:
Clothing: Selected clothing lines will be discounted by at least 50% off the original price.
Toys: Selected toy lines will be discounted by at least 30% off the original price.
3.3. Clarification: References to "50% off" in marketing materials refer strictly to selected clothing items included in this promotion.
3.4. For General Public Access (from 26th December), the discount is reflected in the selling price and applied automatically, no code needed.
4. Eligibility & Activation
4.1. VIP Early Access: To access the Offer between 24th December and 25th December, VIP customers must enter the valid promotional code provided via email/SMS at the checkout. Valid recipients will receive an email with instructions and a code to activate their discounts.
4.2. General Access: From 26th December, the Offer is open to all customers without the need for a code.
4.3. Selected Items Only: This Offer applies only to selected items as marked down on the website.
4.4. This Offer is subject to stock availability.
5. Combining Offers This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, voucher, or promotional offer.
6. Extended Returns & Exchanges Our standard returns policy is extended for the festive period.
6.1. Extended Christmas Returns: For any items purchased during this Sale, our extended returns policy applies. Any orders placed on or after 31st October 2025 may be returned for a refund or exchange until 31st January 2026.
6.2. Refunds: If you return an item purchased as part of the Winter Sale, you will be refunded the actual amount paid for the item (the discounted price), not the original full price.
6.3. Exchanges: You may exchange items purchased as part of the Offer. If exchanging for an item of a different price, the difference will be calculated based on the price actually paid.
7. General Conditions 7.1. No cash or credit alternative is available for this Offer.
7.2. Right to Withdraw: Tootonic Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Offer (in whole or in part) at any time, without any prior notice.
7.3. The decision of Tootonic Limited in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
7.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
