The more Halloween items you add to your basket, the more entries you receive into the draw! E.g. If you purchase one item from our Halloween collection you will receive one entry into the draw. If you purchase 10 items you will receive 10 entries increasing your chances of being one of our lucky winners!

Terms and Conditions

  • The opening and closing dates and times for entries are from 00:01 BST on 01/10/23 until 23:59 GMT 31/10/23. Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the draw.
  • Retail Customers only.
  • If you purchase any Halloween item between the above mentioned competition dates, you will be automatically entered into the draw.
  • 5 lucky entries will win the value of their order via a voucher for use on the Character.com website.
  • The process for determining the winners are as follows : The winner(s) are randomly selected from all correct and valid entries, the draw for the winner(s) will take place within 7 days of the date on which the competition closes.
  • Character.com will notify the winner(s) within 7 days after the closing date. The winner(s) will be notified by email. The winner(s) will have 7 days in which to claim their prize. If Character.com is unable to notify the winner(s), or the winner(s) fails to claim their prize then this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Character.com reserves the right to select an alternate winner in accordance with the competition information and these terms and conditions.
  • No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, Character.com reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
  • In relation to all competitions, the first name and surname of the winner(s) may be published by Character.com and entrants grant to Character.com a non-exclusive license to use and publish their entry in any media for the purpose of announcing the winner.
