6. Extended Returns & Exchanges Our standard returns policy has been extended for the festive period.
6.1. Extended Christmas Returns: For any items purchased on or after 31st October 2025, our standard 30-day returns period is extended. You may return these items for a refund or exchange until 31st January 2026.
6.2. Refunds: If you return an item purchased as part of the Black Friday Offer, you will be refunded the actual amount paid for the item (the discounted price), not the original full price.
6.3. Exchanges: You may exchange items purchased as part of the Offer. If exchanging for an item of a different price, the difference will be calculated based on the price actually paid.
